oh god!!!high blood pressure

jz finished my medical checkup a few hous ago...did the checkup at pusat sejahtera in usm..every1 is a must..
1st of all start off with x-ray.nvr try it b4...v all have to take off our clothes,including BRa den wear a surgery cloth..is really cold inside
den v move on to urine test,measure weight n height,BLOOD PRESSURE,eye test..oh my god.i gt hbp..150/100..really high..mayb genetic n im really tired jz nw...
Den v c the doc..she mentioned bout my eyes cz my left side eye has short sighted..i mostly depend on my other eye..
At the end,i nid to do followup to check my blood pressure 4 3 times..if it get normal,then only they givd me bak my x-ray..so sad+embarrased..i nid to control my diet from nw on..nomore oily food 4 me..
